Milton Hershey School is a unique educational institution that provides students from disadvantaged backgrounds with a career-focused education, housing, meals, and more—at no cost to families. We are seeking a couple to become flex houseparents and provide a family-like structure for students in a residential setting.
This role requires couples to work collaboratively to create a supportive environment for students. The successful candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks' paid summer vacation. You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school.
