Role Summary
As flex houseparents, couples will live on-campus and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. They will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services.
Requirements
Candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students. Additionally, valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
