Milton Hershey School is seeking caring couples to join our team as Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing family-like environment for our students. You will work closely with your spouse to manage student homes, guide, supervise, and fulfill the daily needs of 8-12 students.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are age 27 or older. Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
