Job Overview
As Houseparents, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and managing daily responsibilities. This role involves creating a stable and supportive home environment, where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Guide and support students in their daily lives
- Manage daily responsibilities, such as driving and budgeting
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
