Flex Houseparent Opportunities
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that promotes the development and well-being of our students. This includes:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of students are met
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)

- Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
