Milton Hershey School is a unique community where students from disadvantaged backgrounds receive an exceptional career-focused education. We are seeking dedicated couples to become houseparents, living on campus and guiding and nurturing our students.
As a houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
Our benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
