At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking caring couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. These individuals will provide a nurturing and structured home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will live on-campus and be responsible for guiding a group of 8-12 students. Your daily tasks may include administering medication, budgeting, and driving student vans.

Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. High school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
