- Have been legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Have a high school diploma or GED
Couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, are highly preferred. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to Christian values and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
