This includes managing daily life in the student home, ensuring students receive dedicated support, and helping them develop important life skills.

We are seeking married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
The salary for this role is $43,825 per person, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
