About the Role
We are seeking a couple to fill the Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
As a residential youth caregiver, you will be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
