We are seeking married couples who share our passion for helping young people reach their full potential. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide guidance, support, and a family-like structure for 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Guiding and mentoring students in daily life
- Managing the household and supervising students
- Providing emotional support and stability
