Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for supporting and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure. This unique role requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. You will work together to manage daily responsibilities, provide guidance, and create a supportive environment for the students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application
- High school diploma or GED required
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
