At Milton Hershey School, we seek married couples to provide a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will live on campus and oversee a group of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as medication administration and transportation.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide and nurture your assigned group of students. We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We also provide relocation assistance and paid training. Your schedule will include nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will receive three-week paid summer vacation.
