What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caring Professionals position at Milton Hershey School?
The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. They should also be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA and become part of a supportive community.
