Milton Hershey School is committed to providing exceptional care and education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are currently seeking talented and compassionate couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers.
About the Position:
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will live on-campus, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for students. You will work closely with other caregivers to ensure the well-being and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include guiding students through daily activities, handling various tasks, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary package of approximately $150,000 per couple
- Extensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
