What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caring Household Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking highly motivated and caring couples to become Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As Houseparents, you will be responsible for providing a stable and loving home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them through academic and personal challenges.
You will supervise a small group of students, assist with homework and academic support, and plan and participate in recreational activities. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the students.

To be eligible, couples must have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
