Job Description
The primary responsibility of a flex houseparent is to provide a family-like environment for students, guiding and supporting them in their academic and personal growth. This involves being actively involved in their daily lives, attending to their needs, and promoting a sense of belonging.
In addition to providing a supportive environment, flex houseparents are also responsible for managing student homes, ensuring the well-being and safety of the students at all times.
