About the Role:
The role of Family Care Provider requires couples who are married and have been together for at least two years. They will reside on-campus with their students, providing guidance and support while fostering a family-like environment. This position involves engaging in daily activities, managing household responsibilities, and ensuring students receive the necessary care and attention. Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for this role as House Parents may be assigned to different student homes initially before being placed in one specific home.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
