Job Summary
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our students, maintaining a structured environment, and participating in various activities such as daily devotions and chapel services. You will also be responsible for managing medication and budget oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a structured environment for students
- Drive students as needed
- Manage medication for students
- Oversee budgets and finances
- Participate in daily devotions and chapel services
- Provide guidance and support to students
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
