We are seeking a married couple to join our team as houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help shape their futures.
Responsibilities will include creating a safe and supportive living environment for students, developing and implementing educational plans, and participating in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of integrity, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
