About the Role
We're seeking child development specialists who can work collaboratively with our team to provide a supportive environment for students. As a flex houseparent couple, you'll play a vital role in helping students thrive and succeed in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
