Cohabiting couples are wanted to join the Milton Hershey School community as Student Guidance Providers. As a couple, you will reside on campus with your spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include creating a safe and welcoming environment, guiding students in daily activities, and handling transportation and medication administration. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of the student homes.
This is a unique career path that offers a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule involves nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school.
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, flexibility, and adaptability. You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and meet specific qualifications, including being age 27 or older and having a valid driver's license.
