Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This includes managing day-to-day responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements: have been legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
