Responsibilities
As a couple caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will guide and nurture groups of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and other tasks. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You and your partner must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted. You must be willing to commit to the values and principles of Milton Hershey School and work collaboratively as a team.
