We are seeking married couples to join our team as House Parents at Milton Hershey School. As a House Parent, you will provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks related to caring for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training and relocation assistance programs.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
