We are seeking a unique couple to join our team as Family Guidance Specialists, providing a nurturing environment for students aged pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, offering guidance and support to students in on-campus homes.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and the couple must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
