Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Model a positive and supportive attitude towards students
Requirements:
- Married couple with at least 2 years of marriage experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Candidates must demonstrate high integrity and a commitment to the well-being of students
