Milton Hershey School is seeking a Couple Residential Advisor to join our team. As a Couple Residential Advisor, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a supportive family-like environment for students. This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
You and your spouse will reside on-campus in a student home, guiding and mentoring approximately 8-12 students at a time. Responsibilities include administering medication, budgeting, transporting students, and leading daily devotions. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
