Milton Hershey School seeks a couple to join our team as House Parents, playing a critical role in supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In this position, couples will live on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.

As a House Parent, you will be part of a team that provides an exceptional career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade. Our students come from disadvantaged backgrounds, but with all costs covered, they receive everything they need to succeed.
We are looking for couples who can provide a stable family-like structure for our students and handle various responsibilities. Flex houseparents initially cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
The benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school, along with a three-week paid summer vacation.
To be successful, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and couples must adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
