What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Care Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as Couples Care Specialists. In this role, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
This position offers a competitive salary package of $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
