We're looking for married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide guidance and nurturing to a group of students, while also managing daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
You'll work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, and receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple).
