Job Description
We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to students from under-served settings. Couples will reside in on-campus homes, managing daily responsibilities and ensuring a family-like environment. This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must be age 27 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application. A high school diploma or GED is required. Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
Benefits
In addition to the competitive salary package, benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. Three-week paid summer vacation is also provided.
