What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Career Coach position at Milton Hershey School?
Couples Career Coach is a unique and rewarding role that allows you and your spouse to combine your passion for education and family support. As a key member of our team, you will work together to guide and nurture students in a family-like environment.
About the Role
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and supervision to students
- Managing student homes, including budgeting and reporting
- Driving student vans and administering medication (when necessary)
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
We seek candidates who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as positive role models for our students.
