As part of our residential education program, you will live on campus and care for a small group of students, providing a family-like environment and supporting their academic and personal growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance, support, and care to a small group of students
* Establish a family-like atmosphere in the student home, promoting positive relationships and teamwork

* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Both spouses must be age 27 or older
* No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
