Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As part of our dedicated staff, you will be responsible for guiding approximately 8-12 students in daily activities and responsibilities, fostering a sense of belonging and support.

This unique dual-role position requires married couples to live on-campus with students, participating in their education, health, and personal development. You will be part of a community that provides a comprehensive career-focused education, housing, meals, and more – all at no cost to our students and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in daily activities and responsibilities
- Participate in educational and extracurricular programs
- Care for students' physical and emotional well-being
- Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
