At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking married couples to join our team as houseparents. As a houseparent, you'll live on-campus with your spouse and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Nurture a family-like environment in the student home
- Manage responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and administering medication
- Provide daily devotions and lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services
