Job Description
As a married couple residence coordinator at Milton Hershey School, you will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to a small group of students. Your responsibilities will include handling daily tasks such as driving and medication administration, guiding students in daily devotions, and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also have the opportunity to develop a close relationship with your assigned students and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
