Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
You will work closely with the students, providing support and guidance to help them thrive academically and personally.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
In addition to the competitive compensation, you will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, a three-week paid summer vacation, and a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
