At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as Couples Caregivers. As a Couple Caregiver, you and your spouse will provide a family-like environment for students in need. Your guidance and support will help shape the lives of these young individuals, empowering them to reach their full potential.
About the Role:
You and your spouse will reside on campus, providing a stable and loving home for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will be responsible for creating a positive and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in these young minds.
We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require valid driver's licenses, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and high school diplomas or GEDs.
