We are looking for Student Support Specialists to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be part of a married couple who provides guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be expected to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
The benefits of this role include a salary of $43,825 per person, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
