Job Description
As a Houseparent, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students
- Facilitating daily activities and ensuring student well-being
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- A willingness to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
