What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
As a Couple's Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. You will provide guidance, support, and care to a group of 8-12 students, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
Our ideal candidates possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families. A valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans are required. We also ask that both spouses complete an individual employment application.
Our benefits package includes relocation assistance, paid training, and a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple). We also offer three weeks of paid summer vacation and a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
