As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily guidance, nurturing students and managing household tasks within a family-like environment. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and have a valid driver's license.
The salary is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
