Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school providing an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
As flex houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will be assigned to one specific home after initially covering different student homes.

The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete an individual employment application. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
