Flex Houseparent Opportunity
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Role:
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- A minimum of two years of marriage and both spouses should be at least 27 years old.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- High school diploma or GED required.
