As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, your primary role will be to serve as a flex houseparent, guiding and nurturing a group of students in a supportive family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing and guiding students in their personal and academic development
- Providing transportation and ensuring students' safety
- Administering medication and managing student health needs
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
In addition, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
