We are seeking Relocation Required Houseparents to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and support for students
- Responsible for managing the household budget and expenses
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a passion for working with youth. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
As a Houseparent, you will work closely with other educators to develop and implement strategies to support student learning and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
