Requirements
To be successful as a flex houseparent, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be a married couple with a strong commitment to each other and to the students
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Meet the age requirement of 27 or older
- Pass a thorough background check and adhere to our strict standards of conduct
