About the Role
This is a unique career opportunity for married couples who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of disadvantaged youth. As a residential youth caregiver, you will work alongside your spouse to create a safe and supportive environment for students.
The successful candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential.
You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in various daily activities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with your spouse to create a consistent family-like structure for students.
