Job Description
The Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School is responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couple must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
